About Wellness Digest
Wellness Digest is an independent project with one simple goal: make trustworthy fitness and nutrition knowledge easy to understand, written in plain language and always backed by a clear source.
How we work
Every day, our system researches and summarizes new findings on training, nutrition, supplements, and recovery, drawing on leading evidence-based sources:
- PubMed / NIH
- Examine.com
- American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
- Mayo Clinic
- Harvard Health Publishing
- World Health Organization (WHO)
Each article is rewritten to be short and clear for non-experts, includes an audio summary, and always cites its source at the end so you can verify it or read deeper if you want.
Our content principles
- No personal diagnosis or medical advice — only general, science-based information
- No hype language like "miracle cure" or "guaranteed results"
- Always encourage readers to consult a qualified professional about their own health
Affiliate disclosure
Some articles include links to products we believe may be useful. As an affiliate, we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products that fit the topic, and a link is never a medical endorsement.
Who runs this
Wellness Digest is built and operated by Son Tran, an IT engineer with over 10 years of experience, a nature lover, and an AI enthusiast.
Having grown up with fragile health, I turned training into a lifelong habit — and it changed everything for me. Consistent exercise gave me the energy and resilience I never had as a kid, and along the way I became fascinated by the why behind it: how the body adapts to training, and how the right nutrition and supplements fuel that process. I don't take fitness fads at face value; I dig into the research to understand what actually works.
That curiosity grew into a personal mission: to study nutrition and supplementation scientifically — separating evidence from marketing — so that anyone can train smarter, eat better, and reach their best possible health. Wellness Digest is where I combine that passion with automation (for researching and vetting content) to share clear, practical, evidence-based guidance. The project is still evolving and will keep improving over time.
